On January 5, 2026, the management team at Ghana Cylinder welcomed staff back to work with the first staff durbar of the year. This gathering provided an opportunity for the management, led by Managing Director Mr. Abdul Rahman Mankir, to connect with employees and discuss the vision for the year ahead.
In his motivating address, Mr. Mankir thanked the staff for their dedication and hard work throughout the previous year. He emphasized the importance of teamwork and commitment as the company sets its sights on achieving even greater accomplishments in 2026.
Mr. Mankir highlighted the need for a positive attitude and proactive engagement to overcome challenges and seize opportunities. He encouraged all employees to embrace the spirit of collaboration and innovation, noting that each individual’s contribution is vital to the success of the organization.
Additionally, the management outlined plans for the year ahead, focusing on new initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and fostering a culture of excellence. The Labour Union Chairman, Mr. William Klagbo, also took the opportunity to express gratitude to management for their continued support and to encourage staff to remain dedicated and focused as they embark on the journey of 2026 together.
