Ghana Cylinder Manufacturing Company participated in the Jean Nelson Hall Week Celebration at the University of Ghana, Legon. This engagement was to educate students on the safe use of LPG Cylinders and cookstoves, the Cylinder Recirculation Model and also other products produced and services provided by the Company. The Company also showcased its products such as the LPG Cylinders (14.5KG, 6KG and 3KG), Awarepa and Obaatanpa cookstove and its accessories.
As part of this engagement, students were educated on how to handle, install, transport, detect leaks from LPG Cylinders and also how to respond to emergencies during an accident.
GCMC supported participants in the cooking competition with our Awarepa Cookstoves and filled LPG Cylinders produced by us demonstrating our commitment to students’ engagements and practical application of LPG.
As part of the GCMC’s mandate to ensure the safe use of LPG Products, GCMC remains committed to educating the public as well as satisfying its customers.
