GCMC builds capacity to drive Transformation

At the beginning of the year, Ghana Cylinder Manufacturing Company (GCMC) held an essential sensitization training session aimed at reorienting staff with the company’s goals and objectives for the upcoming year. This training was not just a formality; it represented our commitment to continual improvement and operational excellence.
The session was led by our esteemed Managing Director, Mr. Abdul Rahman Mankir, and Deputy Managing Director, Mr. Ivan Mensah Dadzie. They were joined by departmental heads who took turns detailing their specific departmental objectives and strategies, emphasizing the importance of collective effort in achieving our overarching goals.
During the training, staff members were engaged in discussions regarding the strategic plan for the year. The highlights included:
