On May 1, 2025, Ghana Cylinder Manufacturing Company Limited joined the global community in celebrating International Workers’ Day. A grand parade took place at the iconic Black Star Square in Accra-Ghana, honouring workers’ vital contributions to national development.
Held under the theme “2025 Organised Labour National May Day Parade”, the special guest of honor was the President of the Republic of Ghana His Excellency John Dramani Mahama and other invited guests including senior government officials, and representatives from labour unions across the country.
The celebration recognised the dedication and resilience of Ghanaian workers, highlighted pressing labour issues, and facilitated dialogue between the government and labour organizations.
